Comedy audiences are in for a treat when the stand-up Ivo Graham comes to Theatre Royal Winchester on Friday 18 October with his new show, Grand Designs.

Grand Designs features updates on a relentlessly chaotic life, including navigating the challenges of modern parenthood, running late for trains, planes and marathons, laying out as many deckchairs as he can, his expectations of life and his reality – in a show where the audiences inevitably laugh with him and at him!

Ivo is well-known for competing and failing on the popular Channel 4 series, Taskmaster, but over the years he has also produced countless sell-out solo shows such as The Game of Life in 2019 – nominated for Best Show and Best Joke at that year’s Edinburgh Festival. He has toured the country with comedian Fern Brady, appeared on TV shows including Have I Got News For You, QI, The Last Leg and Live at the Apollo; and on Radio 4’s The Now Show.

Ivo is also known for his visits to a tripe factory in the Quickly Kevin podcast and his banana and yoghurt fixations on the Off Menu podcast – leading to him now hosting his very own podcast, Gig Pigs – celebrating a love of live music.

Ivo performed Grand Designs at this year’s Edinburgh Festival, when he returned for his tenth run at The Pleasance venue, where, over the years, he has joked about driving tests, Walkers Sensations, broken Nokias, motion sickness, a proposal and Peppa Pig World.

Ivo Graham: Grand Designs will be at Theatre Royal Winchester on Friday 18 October at 7.30pm. Recommended age: 14+. For more information or to book tickets, visit: theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk or call 01962 840 440.
