Palestine Solidarity Campaign Southampton is inviting people to take part in a special cook-along event, where they can learn to make a homestyle classic curry, taking place on Friday, December 29th.
The local group is teaming up with other campaign groups across the country and beyond, to invite people to take part in what is hoped to be the largest online cook-along event ever, to raise money for people in Palestine, in conjunction with Palestine Solidarity Campaign and Medical Aid for Palestinians.
It is hoped that hundreds of people will join in and make their own curry, with vegan, vegetarian and meat options available.
This cookalong special is a fundraising event for the humanitarian crisis that is unfolding in Palestine.
Participants can follow live step by step instructions by Raheel Mirza, a former Masterchef contestant.
The event will be free to join (please only sign up for one ticket per screen) and donations will be taken and gratefully received on the night to donate directly to the charities.
The ingredients and equipment list will be sent out ahead of the event.
