An all-singing, all-dancing musical comedy show is coming to Theatre Royal Winchester from Graffiti Classics: The Comedy String Quartet on Sunday 15 October.

Graffiti Classics is made up of 16 strings, 8 dancing feet and four voices with one aim – to make classical music funny and exhilarating for all. The quartet are here to break down elitist notions of what a traditional string quartet should look like – with their comic performance part classic concert, part gypsy-folk romp, opera, stand-up set and dance show!

Graffiti Classics have something for everyone – with Beethoven to Bluegrass, Baroque to Pop, Strauss to Saturday Night Fever all part of their repertoire. They play at theatres, festivals, corporate events, weddings, on national TV and radio, and more. They also hold educational, interactive workshops to enable children to enjoy and develop musically.

Audiences are in for a treat with this performance and are guaranteed to laugh at, clap and sing to the group’s differing musical styles and cheeky audience interaction.

Graffiti Classics: The Comedy String Quarter will be at Theatre Royal Winchester on Sunday 15 October at 7pm.
