Fans of the Grammy and American Music Award winner, Celine Dion, can revel in a brand-new theatre show, I’m Alive! A Celebration of Celine Dion, which visits Theatre Royal Winchester on Friday 1 September.
‘Celine’ is multi award-winning tribute artiste, January Butler, who has studied the singer in order to replicate her vocals, mannerisms and interactions to produce a theatre show that features the music and back catalogue of the Canadian singer best known for hits such as It’s All Coming Back to Me, All By Myself and My Heart Will Go On from the movie, Titanic.
January is taking her live theatre show on the road after teaming up with musical director, music producer and recording engineer, Andy Mudd, and the creative team of the performance and event venue, Viva Blackpool – which presents a packed calendar of shows celebrating singers and music of previous decades, comedians, and family shows.
Described as ‘a young Celine Dion’ by popular singer-songwriter and X Factor guest judge, Nicole Scherzinger, January has risen through the ranks of junior talent shows to perform to sold out venues across the UK and Europe.
I’m Alive! A Celebration of Celine Dion will be at Theatre Royal Winchester on Friday 1 September at 7.30pm. For more information or to book tickets visit: theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk or call 01962 840 440.
