Southampton & Isle of Wight Music and Friends of the Southampton Youth Orchestras will present their annual Pyramid Concert on Saturday 1st February.
It will feature Elgar Strings, Youth Strings, Southampton Youth Concert Sinfonia, Youth Orchestra & special guests Boom!
I Max (pictured), am a member of the SYCS. I enjoy attending rehearsals each week and having the opportunity to play as part of a group. This gives me a place to share my passion and improve my musical abilities.
I am looking forward to playing in the Pyramid Concert as there will be lots of talent in the auditorium. This concert is an opportunity to inspire young people to pursue the art that is music. It is a chance to showcase what Southampton youth has to offer.
The event starts at 7 pm. Tickets are just £2 for under 16s, £12 adults, £8 concessions and family tickets are £25 for 2 adults & 2 Children.
