Preview: Adam Kay: Undoctored, Theatre Royal Winchester

Fans of doctor and writer, Adam Kay, will welcome his return to Theatre Royal Winchester where he will perform his brand-new show, Undoctored, on Monday 10 February.

After a record-breaking run at the Edinburgh Fringe and a sell-out season in the West End, Adam Kay: Undoctored is based on his second book, a Sunday Times bestseller, about life on and off the wards – now a tour that has left audiences laughing and crying and which includes the ‘degloving’ story – for those who know!

Adam Kay returns to the literary and theatrical worlds following huge success with his debut, This is Going to Hurt, which sold more than three million copies, became an award-winning BBC series, and a UK tour that was seen by more than 250,000 people.

Kay is represented by Lee Martin, the director and found Gag Reflex agency, which represents comic and variety talent and produces live tours and festivals. Kay will take to the stage twice on Monday 10 February for performances at 6.30pm and 8.45pm – with greater ticket availability for the second show. The evening includes post-show book signings.

Adam Kay: Undoctored will be at Theatre Royal Winchester on Monday 10 February at 6.30pm and 8.45pm. Recommended age: 16+. Contains medical themes and stories that some may find distressing. For more information, or to book tickets, visit: theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk or call 01962 840 440.
