Fundraising concert for Gaza to be held in Southampton this month

Palestine Solidarity Campaign Southampton is holding a fundraising benefit concert for Gaza, on Friday 11th October at Edmund Kell Unitarian Church & Elizabeth Kell Community Hall in central Southampton.
Proceeds from the event will go to the charity Medical Aid for Palestinians to give urgent and much needed medical support and aid to relieve the awful suffering the Palestinian people, with some 41,000 killed so far, and thousands and thousands of survivors in desperate and urgent need of medical attention.
The event will feature two very different bands. With a full band lineup fronted by two fiddlers and singers, local legends MaryJane play an exciting mix of folk rock and also fast furious and fiery Celtic rock’n’reel. They have several albums out play festivals and venues throughout the UK.
Meanwhile, Sushimoog describe themselves as “balloon-like aliens from Sagittarius B2 who make epic space-disco-synth-rock exploring the joys of space travel and Earth’s collapse into dystopian AI domination.”
