Stereo MC’s have announced a UK tour to include a date at The Brook, Southampton.
Stereo MC’s are the renowned and globally revered English Hip Hop/ Electronic dance duo Rob Birch (Rob B) and Nick Hallam (The Head).
The duo formed in Nottingham in the mid 80’s and were inspired to make music by their combined love of the Hip Hop/Dance movement that was emerging at that time..
During the course of their illustrious career to date Stereo MC’s have released 8 studio albums, an EP, had 5 consecutive top 20 hit singles, worked on remixes with the likes of Madonna, U2, Queen Latifah and Jungle Brothers, reached #2 in the UK Album Charts with their album ‘Connected’ which also won them a BRIT Award for Best Group and Best Album.
2024 sees Stereo MC’s vibrating at a new rate and heading into a new era as they’ve just signed an exciting management deal with Creation Records Legend Alan Megee and Kevin Fitzgerald of Toura Toura Ltd. Plans going forward for Stereo MC’s will include them recording and releasing new original material as well as extensively touring at gigs and festivals across the globe, don’t miss out…
