Preview: The History of Rock, Theatre Royal Winchester

Rock fans are invited to celebrate a rock line-up like no other when The History of Rock takes to the stage at Theatre Royal Winchester on Friday 19 July.

Audiences will be taken on a journey throughout the history of rock, showcasing classic hits from the likes of Deep Purple, Guns N’ Roses and Queen – before the spotlight is turned on one of the greatest bands of all time, Led Zeppelin – as they ‘headline’ the ultimate rock concert line-up!

The best-selling English rock band, which formed in 1968, performed rock and heavy metal music throughout the 70s and are known for Stairway to Heaven, Kashmir and Since I’ve Been Loving You.

The iconic music of Led Zeppelin, as well as The Who, Black Sabbath, AC DC and more, is brought to life by a group of the finest musicians and performers.

The History of Rock is brought to the stage by Soul Street Productions who are known for a range of tribute shows, which they tour across the country.
