Victorious Festival is thrilled to announce one of the most iconic stages, the Seaside Stage, is back for 2024, presented by Beats and Swing.
Back with a huge line-up for the weekend, including Australian artist Dub FX – known for revolutionising the concept of a one man band with live looping and samples – is guaranteed to deliver an electric set packed with rhythms from jazz, reggae, hip-hop, samba, drum N bass and dubstep.
When it comes to Dance music duo’s, Groove Armada (DJ set)are the biggest, guaranteed to get the crowd superstylin on Saturday, following countless Ibiza residencies and a legendary stint at Space, it’s a real treat to see them live.
Chart-topping rapper, Professor Green, will headline Seaside Stage on Sunday.
Having sold over three million records over an impressive ten-year career he comes armed with huge hits, such as Read All About It, Just Be Good To Green and Jungle.
It’s going to be a show-stopping feel-good finale to the festival weekend worthy of the return of the Seaside stage.
Beats and Swing have also booked tons of other exciting performances across the weekend, including Tankus The Henge, A. Skillz, Molotov Jukebox, Stephani B, Smoove and Turrell, and loads more.
The popular stage with stunning views across the Solent had a brief hiatus while the Southsea Coastal Scheme has been busy transforming the seafront, improving it for future generations and protecting the community helping to reduce the risk of flooding to more than 10,000 homes and 700 businesses.
Now, it will reopen in time for the festival, embracing everything we all love about the area’s unique heritage while also offering improved sea defence systems.
Around Southsea Castle, an innovative split-level promenade will enhance views across the Solent and will have significant benefits socially, with its timber seating areas and boulder play areas with sound tubes – making it a relaxing, exciting, and enjoyable place to spend time, including while at the festival.
‘‘We’re thrilled to have such a special stage back on site for 2024,” explains festival director, James Ralls. “It’s been a favourite since the start and has been home to many special sets over the years.
“Thanks to the impressive work of the Southsea Coastal Scheme team over the past few years it will be back better than ever before. The views and atmosphere are going to be unrivalled making it the most memorable festival experience in the whole of the UK!’’
All these incredible live performances, set against the stunning backdrop of the Solent, with sailboats and ferries soaring past, are not to be missed.
