Cowes Fringe Festival makes a grand comeback

Set against the picturesque backdrop of Cowes, the Fringe Festival will take place from the 24 – 26 of May 2024, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy a diverse range of music and performances.

The much-anticipated return of the Cowes Fringe Festival is set to dazzle audiences with an array of performances from an eclectic mix of talented artists, including Kerry Ellis – a renowned vocalist who has left an indelible mark on both Broadway and the West End.

Recognised as the Queen of West End musicals from her starring roles in London and on Broadway, she has performed at The Royal Albert Hall, Royal Variety Performance, the Laurence Olivier Awards, and the Queen’s Jubilee Concert at Buckingham Palace.

In June last year, she continued her long-term working relationship with Brian May and performed at a 12,000-seat arena in Verona which was televised across Italy.

Isle of Wight favourites Brando Party Band is a dynamic ensemble known for its high-energy performances and infectious enthusiasm.

With a repertoire spanning various genres including pop, rock, funk, and soul, this talented group of musicians is guaranteed to keep audiences on their feet and dancing all night long.

DJ Gordon Mac – The Godfather of Dance Music, Gordon Mac is a highly innovative and successful entrepreneur, who continues to draw huge crowds djing at venues across the UK and Europe.

He was the first person to succeed in taking a pirate radio station to legalisation in the UK, the youngest ever managing director of a radio station, and is renowned for creating the Kiss FM brand, Britain’s first dance music station.

Jonjan Kavlakoglu is a virtuoso guitarist renowned for his technical prowess and innovative approach to music.

Described as ‘James Brown meets Rodrigo y Gabriela’, Jonjan combines the athletic skill of passionate Flamenco with highly dynamic Funk playing – pushing an audience’s expectation of what a solo guitar can do in the right hands.

Sean Logan is a gifted singer-songwriter known for his emotive vocals, heartfelt lyrics, and soulful melodies.

With a knack for storytelling and an innate ability to connect with his audience, Logan’s performances are intimate, authentic, and deeply moving. He was a finalist in the hit C4 show, The Piano, where he was judged and chosen by world-famous pianist Lang Lang and music legend Mika.

Neil Kelso is a masterful magician whose captivating illusions and mind-bending tricks never fail to astonish audiences.

With a keen eye for spectacle and a flair for the dramatic, his performances are as mesmerising as they are mystifying, leaving audiences spellbound and eager for more.

Neil is an award-winning pianist, a member of The Magic Circle, and an internationally respected cabaret performer, stage actor, event facilitator, and more.
