Theatre Royal Winchester has released a selection of production photos from this year’s traditional family pantomime, Cinderella.
Cinderella is the rags to riches story of a servant girl magically transformed into a beautiful princess to go to the ball to meet the handsome prince.
The theatre celebrated the pantomime’s opening performance last night (Thursday 30 December at 7pm) and have now released first look photos from the show, featuring a cast of actor musicians who have performed on stage and screen (Horrible Histories, Gangsta Granny, The Great Gatsby, The Play What I Wrote).
The production photos illustrate the main characters and support cast singing, dancing, playing musical instruments and larking around in a pantomime suitable for the whole family.
Packed with corny jokes, original songs, live music and plenty of audience participation, Cinderella will endear itself to even the most apprehensive panto-goers.
Cinderella runs until Monday 1 January 2024, with the best prices and ticket availability in early December.
There are also a number of accessible performances and livestream options for audiences to enjoy the show in an environment they feel comfortable in.
This year’s pantomime is supported by Play to the Crowd’s Corporate Partner, regional law firm, Paris Smith.
