Comedian Mark Watson looks for meaning in his stand-up show, Search, at Theatre Royal Winchester on Thursday 28 September.
The multi award-winning comic – a dad and self-proclaimed kid around the midpoint of his life, with a 13-year-old son with a new phone and a 70-year-old dad who has been through the most frightening experience of his life – considers the search for meaning, which we all find ourselves doing – with or without Google.
The Edinburgh Fringe legend and regular on TV shows including Taskmaster (Channel 4) and Mock the Week (BBC), who recently published a new book, Mortification: Eight Deaths and Life After Them, comes direct from Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
Mark – who, during the pandemic, backed the charity that runs the theatre, Play to the Crowd, with messages of support and by naming a seat in the theatre’s auditorium – appears on stage this time, as part of Winchester Comedy Festival.
Mark Watson: Search will be at Theatre Royal Winchester on Thursday 28 September at 7.30pm. Recommended age: 12+. For more information or to book tickets visit: theatreroyalwinchester.co.uk or call 01962 840 440.
