With summer deciding to show up fashionably late this year, it’s worth making the most of it and getting out to enjoy what’s on in and around our city.
There’s some great music to catch this week, including The Levellers with support from Sean McGowan at The 1865, Trivium at the O2 Guildhall, Charlie Smith’s acoustic night at The Art House a tribute to Pink Floyd at Theatre Royal Winchester and Buds at The Joiners.
Fans of ‘the strongest girl in the world’ are in for a treat when Pippi Longstocking comes to Theatre Royal Winchester (pictured top) on Sunday. The Winchester theatre also plays host to wildlife photographer Doug Allan for his show It’s A Wrap this week.
Make the most of the sunshine at The Big Eat in Royal Victoria Country Park from Friday to Sunday, at music, street art and skating event Multi-Storey in Southampton on Saturday and Sunday, join in free yoga at Southampton Common or pick something else!
