Southampton’s annual Thai Festival takes over Hoglands Park this weekend, with two days of food, entertainment and more. There are more festivities at the other end of the city centre on Sunday, with the Bedford Place Summer Festival, featuring local favourites Still Moving DJs amongst others. There’s also a hip hop and graffiti jam on the common and at the Bargate on Saturday.
The hugely popular Winchester Hat Fair is also on this week.
On stage, there’s an all-male version of The Mikado at Theatre Royal Winchester, while Dragons and Mythical Beasts, pictured top, will be thrilling little ones, and maybe some big ones too, at The Mayflower.
Music this week includes The Parlours at The Stage Door, Lumer at Heartbreakers, The 45s at Woolston Social Club, Charlie Smith at The Art House and Can’t Swim at The Joiners.
